Shipping Policy

At Zaprada, we are committed to providing excellent service, including the secure shipping of your packages. We offer multiple shipping options with tracking numbers so you can follow your order until delivery.


INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all products, regardless of the order amount. We also offer express shipping for faster delivery if requested.

Orders may require 1 to 2 business days to be processed and prepared at our fulfillment center.

The estimated delivery time for free standard shipping ranges from 8 to 15 business days.

This timeframe depends on your geographical location (no deliveries on weekends or holidays) and is not guaranteed. Due to variations in international customs procedures, Zaprada cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel has left our warehouse.

IN CASE OF A TRACKING ISSUE, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER. If your package was not delivered, you can file a claim directly with the carrier. In certain cases, we may choose a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery, depending on the total order value. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE your package is shipped with confirmation upon delivery, you can request it by contacting our customer service at: contact@zaprada.com

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for logistical reasons.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

It is important to follow the delivery status. If the product becomes available for pickup and is not collected on time, delivery will not be completed and the item may be lost or discarded without being returned. In such cases, the shipment will be considered lost, and additional reshipping costs may apply.

Please remember: we will send the tracking number to your email so you can manage the delivery. If the item stays with the carrier for too long without being claimed, extra shipping fees may be incurred.
