How to return an order, partially or in full?

You may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the full value of the order will be refunded within 5 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please follow these steps to return your items:

  1. Inform us of your return request by sending an email to contact@originalsglobaltrends.com

  2. Our customer service team will send you a return form.

  3. Send the items back. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. You will receive your refund within 5 days of receiving the returned items.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of order confirmation. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible. Send an email to contact@zaprada.com within the first 30 minutes if you wish to cancel your order.

Receiving Damaged Products:

If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Send us a photo of the damaged item for faster resolution. We will replace the item free of charge on the first shipment, but we do not refund the amount paid. If the problem persists after two replacement attempts, we will refund the full value of your purchase.
